If you charge the Control Unit, does the blue LED light up?

Try turning the Control Unit off and on again. If the problem persists after restarting, wait for the red light to go out. If the red light has not gone out 1 minute after restart or if you still cannot see the Wi-Fi network, try applying a forced shutdown by keeping the Control Unit button pressed until the LED light goes out. If the problem persists, please download the claim form https://trackadrenaline.pirelli.com/resources/pdf/uk/claim.pdf and send it by email to trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.

Check that the Wi-Fi network you are connected to has the same name as the Wi-Fi network of the CONTROL UNIT you want to connect to. The name of the CONTROL UNIT can be found in the dedicated section of the app. If the problem persists, restart the CONTROL UNIT and wait for the red light to go out. If the red light has not gone out 1 minute after restart or if you continue to get errors entering the password, try applying a forced shutdown by keeping the CONTROL UNIT button pressed until the LED light goes out. When it is switched on for the first time, leave the Control Unit in an open place (without trees, buildings, roofs, boxes, etc.) GPS for at least five minutes. The first GPS coupling can take a few minutes to find satellites. Restart the application and try again. If the problem persists, configure your car’s tyres again in the garage section and wait 2 minutes with the Control Unit on. Was the configuration successful?

Yes. If the problem persists, use the digital pressure gauge on the garage screen. Does it work on all tyres?
