WARRANTY

Both the Control Unit and tyres have a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase.

The Track ADRENALINETM Control Unit can be installed to any vehicle with a telemetry configuration. The full configuration (sensorised tyres and telemetry) is only currently available on selected P Zero™ Trofeo R tyre sizes.
The Control Unit installation is ‘plug and play’. You can put it on the windshield (recommended position for front-engined cars) or on the roll bar/back window (recommended position for rear-engined cars). The Control Unit can be easily removed at the end of the track session.
The sensor is fitted to the inner liner of the tyre, weighs only a few grams, and does not affect the tyre performance in any way.
No maintenance is required on the hardware. The TRACK ADRENALINETM App may have some updates, available on the Apple Store and on the Google Play Store.

Please check that the GPS network is strong under the “Record Session” tab (in detail, check that the GPS icon is active and not crossed out) and that you have selected the correct circuit. If the problem persists, please restart the app and the Control Unit. If the issue is not resolved, please contact the Customer Service team: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com
The Track ADRENALINETM Smartphone App works with Apple devices (with iOS version 11 and higher) and Android devices (with Android version 8 and higher). Supported Android devices have to belong to the following list:

Please make sure you are connected to the Control Unit WiFi. If the problem persists, please restart the App and Control Unit and try again. If the issue persists, please contact Customer Services: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.
If you have an Android device, please check that it is one of the supported Android devices listed above. If your device is compatible, you may still need to change some options in the WiFi settings section (e.g. WiFi +, WiFi Intelligent, Smart WiFi, etc.) or allow the use of the Control Unit WiFi network, even if there is no data connection. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Services: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.
The app cannot be used without an internet connection.

The TRACK ADRENALINETM Smartphone App will be available in Italian, German, English, French, Dutch and Spanish.

Control Unit

Please check that the GPS network is strong under the “Record Session” tab and that you have selected the correct circuit. If an error occurred during the data download, the app will automatically retry at the next restart. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Services: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com
Please restart the Control Unit and wait for the red light to go out. If the red light has not gone out 1 minute after restart, or if you still cannot see the Wifi network, apply a force shutdown by keeping the Control Unit button pressed until the LED light goes out. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Services: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com
Yes, the Control Unit is rechargeable through the USB cable you will find in the packaging. Please insert the small end of the USB cable into the back of the Control Unit. Then connect the main end of the USB cable to a host (e.g. computer or a wall charger) to start charging it.
You can find the Control Unit password in the user tab of the app.
