Warranty

Both Control Unit and tyres have 2 years warranty from the date of the receipt.

The Track Adrenaline Control Unit can be installed to any vehicle with a telemetry configuration. The full configuration (sensorised tyres and telemetry) is currently available for a selection of P Zero Trofeo R tyre sizes only.
The Control Unit installation is plug and play. You can put it on the windshield or on the roll bar. The Control Unit can be removed very easily at the end of the track session.
The sensor is fixed to the inner lining of the tyre, weighs only a few grams, and does not affect the tyre performance in any way.
No maintenance is required on the hardware. The Track AdrenalineTM app may have some updates available on the App Store.

The Track AdrenalineTM app works with Apple devices supporting iOS version 11 and higher and will be followed by the Android version at a later date.
The app can also be used without an internet connection. To be able to send track data to the cloud, a network connection is needed but this is not mandatory as the data can be sent to the cloud at a later date when a network connection has been established.
Please remain nearby to the tyre and try again. If the problem persists, please try to restart the app. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact the Customer Services: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.
The Track AdrenalineTM app will be available in Italian, German, English, French and Dutch. As the product becomes available in other countries, further languages will follow.

Control Unit

Please make sure you have a stable internet connection. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service team: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com
Please restart the Control Unit and wait for the red light to go out. If the red light has not gone out 1 minute after restarting, or if you still cannot see the Wi-Fi network, apply a force shutdown by keeping the Control Unit button pressed until the LED light goes out entirely. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Services: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com
Yes, the Control Unit is rechargeable through the USB cable you will find in the packaging.
You can find the Control Unit password in the ‘User’ tab of the app.
Please restart the Control Unit and wait for the red light to go out. If the red light has not gone out 1 minute after restart, or if you continue to receive errors when entering the password, please apply a force shutdown by keeping the Control Unit button pressed until the LED light goes out entirely. If the problem persists, please restart the app and try again. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact Customer Services: trackadrenaline.support@pirelli.com.
